Beringer Pinot Noir 2005 California. Classic flavors of black cherry, plum and hints of toasted oak and spice explode onto the palate.

Robert Mondavi Private Selection Cabernet Sauvignon, Central Coast, 2000. An amalgamation of plum, cherry and blackberry flavors tempt the taste buds. Spice nuances and subtle dried herb add sophisticated complexity to the rich flavor expression; subtle soft oak tones remain on the finish.

Chateau St. Jean, 2005. Wonderfully balanced. Flavors and aromas of ripe and fresh citrus, pears, and apples. A major portion of this quality wine was aged and fermented five months on the yeast lees in pristine French oak cooperage, imparting complexity and richness to the wine.
